The Business Ecosystem Partnerships team (BEP) act as the catalyst for people and businesses to connect, understand and grow through trusted partnerships. We are responsible for scaling Meta's GTM capabilities by working with external partners to enhance the value of our advertising solutions and accelerate sales through implementation of solutions that combined generate, enable or augment over 50% of the company's revenues. The Commerce Partner Management team within BEP manages the partnership with commerce companies, create scalable solutions to enable sellers to advertise on our platform with an exceptional user experience that facilitates adoption of our solutions and provides a high return on investment, providing measurable results to improve business performance.

<ul><li>Act as the main point-of-contact, support and be the representative for Meta Commerce Partners to drive revenue growth</li><li>Identify new product opportunities and influence cross functional teams through market analysis and data to support these opportunities</li><li>Evangelize and drive product adoption and provide ongoing education about new and existing Meta products and encourage innovation</li><li>Feed into Product team vision and roadmap, and prioritize and structure partnerships accordingly Prioritize and structure partnerships based on product roadmap</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with Meta solutions engineers, product marketers, product managers and others to achieve quarterly and yearly goals for partner set</li><li>Increase the effectiveness of the team by recognizing opportunities for new business practices</li><li>Coordinate with other teams by prioritizing their involvement, needs and activation</li><li>Be the thought leader at Meta by funneling Commerce Partners' platform insights and product feedback, influencing roadmaps where necessary</li><li>Be the advocate for Partners with cross-functional colleagues to both assist in development of growth strategies for priority global sales accounts, and develop or join existing programs to drive scaled growth</li><li>Work with Business Ops to set goals, actively measure impact of initiatives and ensure alignment with broader business teams</li><li>Local and regional travel required 25% of the time</li></ul>

<ul><li>3+ years of partner or client facing experience in partner management, account management, or technical sales</li><li>Experience developing working relationships and influence at all levels of management, internally and externally</li><li>A mix of sales, business development, consulting and product management experience</li><li>Quantitative/analytical experience</li><li>Experience multitasking to lead and execute multiple projects in parallel</li><li>Communication skills to articulate value propositions, present business cases and interact with cross functional teams</li><li>Experience working in commerce, marketing and/or advertising technology</li><li>Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing or Engineering</li></ul>

<ul><li>Product marketing/go-to-market experience</li><li>Comfortable leading complex product integrations across multiple teams, internally and externally</li><li>Knowledge of Meta products, innovation, technology, and online marketing</li><li>Commerce industry knowledge and experience preferred</li><li>MBA</li></ul>
