You're not the person who will settle for just any role. Neither are we. Because we're out to create Better Care for a Better World, and that takes a certain kind of person and teams who care about making a difference. Here, you'll bring your professional expertise, talent, and drive to building and managing our portfolio of iconic, ground-breaking brands. In this role, you'll help us deliver better care for billions of people around the world. It starts with YOU.
The purpose of this role will be to focus on driving sustainable process improvements and broader supply chain connections from an outbound deployment perspective within the KCNA Supply Chain. This role overlooks and guides the total health/capacity of our deployment system. Morphing from standard/health development into more broad and predictive indicators. The incumbent will truly understand cost tradeoffs that are being made (and will need to be made) as the tactical execution plays out.
In this role, you will:
Develop/own deployment health metrics. Similar to capacity planning, the outbound team should understand design, volume, events, health and adherence.
Understand and develop processes to review and optimize regional deployment moves at a network wide level vs brand specific.
Further develop process standards and reporting to drive continuous improvement mindset, behaviors and results.
Deployment lead for broader business unit problem solving/continuous improvement.
Partner with Distribution to problem solve network space and throughput capacity issues and identify/problem solve design constraints.
Partner with Corporate Transportation to problem solve carrier capacity issues, systemic failures, and identify design/forecasted carrier constraints.
Support the development of a future state integrated deployment model including the testing and implementation of new tools
