As a Boston-based Staffing Manager, you'll provide key support and creativity in standing up and executing this function. We are looking for an organized, communicative, and flexible team member to support our consulting talent as we implement, mature and scale the guiding principles, processes, and tools for highly effective staffing.

What You'll Do

  • Enable the scaling of Boston's Staffing Function to the market by supporting staffing routines & best practices for our Business Advisory Services teams.
  • Lead weekly Staffing calls with Business Advisory Services capability & account leadership - Document & action key follow-ups related to consultants or staffing opportunities.
  • Responsible for ongoing employee data maintenance within Salesforce (roll-off date, current projects, consultant notes), including primary accountability for coordinating with Account Team members to understand likelihood of consultant extension or confirmation of roll-off.
  • Support the roll-out and adherence to Boston's Staffing Function governance and policies through education, enablement, audit, and exception reporting. Create training and communication content (as needed) to support enablement of both consultant and leader audiences in our Business Advisory Services teams.
  • Support our communication efforts around the Staffing Function in Boston by managing a communication channel & collaboration space (Microsoft Teams) for information and guidance around the staffing experience / engagement model. Drive engagement and serve as first tier support to inquiries from consultants in the Business Advisory Services teams.
  • Support the development and maintenance of all staffing-related reporting, dashboards and insights across tools/sources including Salesforce, PowerBI, and Excel (for our Business Advisory Services & Technical Consulting practices)
What You'll Bring
  • 1-3 years of professional work experience
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and executive presence
  • Passion for process and ability to focus on detail and accuracy
  • Self-started with the willingness to take action, working independently or as part of a project team
  • Consulting background or general knowledge of consultative skillsets (programs, languages, applications, etc)
  • Salesforce platform or change management experience is a plus
