Are you an exceptionally organized, self-motivated, and passionate person? Then come join our team as a Staff Scheduler in the Developmental Services program at Behavioral Health Network!

Staff Schedulers prepare, implement, and organize schedules for our direct care staff who provide services 24/7 for the Developmental Services program here at Behavioral Health Network.

Staff Schedulers work collaboratively with all Developmental Services programs at all levels to cover vacancies, set schedules, and assist on special projects.

Staff Schedulers provide analyses and updates for Developmental Services to ensure policies and procedures are being followed.

Behavioral Health Network is a growing non-profit community behavioral health agency that has been providing services to children, adults, families, and communities in Western Massachusetts since 1938. BHN provides comprehensive, outcome-driven behavioral health care. The Developmental Services programs at BHN include 24-hour staffed Residential services, Community Day Support, individual and family Support Services, a Social Club, and an Advocacy Program. Each person we serve is part of a team that includes family, BHN staff, and other providers who work together to assess the individual's needs and goals and then create and maintain a plan reflecting strengths, capabilities and desires.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications/Requirements

Staff Schedulers at Behavioral Health Network have the following qualities:
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field (preferred).
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
  • Experience working in a staff scheduling position (preferred).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to develop proficiency in other software applications.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, & time management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other staff and teams as well as independently.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple agendas at one time.
