Direct Hire Opportunity for a Staff Accountant in Duluth!
This is a Hybrid Role!

Salary $58k-$60k

Staff Accountant
Our client is seeking a Staff Accountant to join the team and deliver quality financial and administrative support to the accounting team. The ideal candidate will be a self-directed, great communicator and collaborator across all departments.

Responsibilities:
Process expense reports
Assist with Accounts Payable vouchering.
Assist with Accounts Payable check run.
Prepare and process 1099 reporting.
Assist with sales invoice submission to 3rd party payment portals.
Research invoices over 60 days and assist with collection calls.
Research payment remittances (checks and ACH).
Reconcile and process credit card payment.
Assist the Controller with month end close.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
• General financial accounting knowledge including AP/AR, month-end close, reconciliations and journal entries.
• Understanding and ability to adhere to GAAP.
• MS Office Suite
• Experience in ERP system preferred.
