Pursuing a Sr Talent Programs Specialist who will be accountable for supporting Global Talent Acquisition by executing and strategizing HR programs (such as Onboarding, Internal Mobility, Internship Program, etc) that drive employee experience, automation, and continuous improvement. This individual will implement TA Program strategies by creating effective project communication plans, documenting, preparing status reports, executing, and maintaining project deliverables using best in class approach. The ideal candidate has a successful track record of developing Onboarding Programs, implementation of TA Solutions, and delivering exceptional candidate/employee experience.Position Details:
