What You Will Do

The Sr Mgr, Global Quality Systems, Tools, and Training leads the enhancement of our quality systems for world-class performance. Reporting to the VP, QEHS, this position is a key member of the QEHS leadership team, working across the company to achieve strategic quality objectives.

  • Provide a clear global view of QMS activity and health, optimizing certification structure, and addressing audit findings promptly.
  • Own the company's ISO Registrar relationship, leading external audit scheduling strategy for all Panduit locations, and managing the audit integrity program.
  • Drive QMS simplification and standardization for improved compliance and performance, identifying critical activities and developing subject matter experts.
  • Supervise a well-maintained document control system that communicates changes effectively.
  • Lead the progression of Advanced Quality Planning (AQP) and drive a consistent Cost of Quality methodology across all Panduit operations.
  • Organize and lead collaborative QEHS strategic and annual planning activities, facilitating frequent performance metric reviews for real-time data.
  • Lead the QEHS training organization, focusing on on-time training fulfillment and delivery effectiveness.
  • Develop relationships with professional organizations and practitioners to anticipate and potentially influence QMS technical direction and stay current with best practices.
What You Will Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a STEM field (Master's desired, not required)
  • Minimum of 10 years collective experience in quality, manufacturing, supply chain, or engineering
  • Experience leading within a global multi-site manufacturing company
  • Demonstrated leadership of quality professionals
  • Broad knowledge and experience in quality assurance, operations, systems, and advanced quality planning (AQP/APQP)
  • Ability to build effective cross-boundary relationships in diverse environments
  • Experience in strategy planning, deployment, performance management, and business improvement
  • Embodies Panduit's Core values of quality, innovation, and integrity

  • Strong communicator with excellent written communication skills
  • Preferred certifications: ASQ CQE, CMQ/OE, CQA, SSGB/SSBB, Internal/External auditor
  • Ability to travel occasionally, including internationally, 5-20% dependent on business needs
