Summary:

Responsibility for the appearance and content management of company consumer websites (Pulte.com, Centex.com, DelWebb.com, and DiVosta.com) and 3rd party site presence (i.e. newhomesource.com), as well as the back-end technical maintenance and innovation this entails.

Primary Responsiblities:

  • Maintain, update, and approve digital content via various content management systems (i.e. Sitecore, proprietary, etc.).
  • Provide expertise and guidance to IT partners regarding content management enhancements and innovations as Sitecore SME.
  • Familiarity with engagement and dynamic personalization through content management platforms.
  • Collaborate on marketing standards and marketing innovation to facilitate best practices in online marketing.
  • Serve as SME for online listings syndication, with a focus on best practices, measurement and leveraging opportunities.
  • Audit, review and maintain Digital Asset Mgmt platforms & recommend upgrades and adjustments.
  • Coordinate with Marketing Technology lead to provide regular team updates, challenges and opportunities.
  • Provide SEO guidance and improvements based on industry best practices and SEO platform insight tools.
  • Collaborate with Creative Content to enable high-performing editorial content.
