Position Summary:

The Sr. Manager, Strategy, Planning & Operations position will report to the VP, Head of Tech & Digital, US Operations and lead the strategy, program management, financial management and service delivery activities in support of the Zoetis Tech & Digital (ZTD) US Operations organization.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Head of US Operations to evolve ZTD US Operations to an industry leading Business Partnering organization
• Lead a strategic capability assessment for US Operations and co-lead the development of a global commercial strategic roadmap
• Partner with the Technology, Strategy & Architecture (TS&A) organization to coordinate, create, and facilitate an effective demand intake and prioritization process and accurate status & performance reporting of US Operations initiatives
• Partner with the TSA Integration office on integration activities related to US Operations
• Partner with Finance, ZTD portfolio management to manage and oversee the ZTD US Operations budget
• Coordinate & manage service delivery activities for US Operations (examples include iPad deployments, infrastructure updates etc.)
• Single point of contact with Cybersecurity team for ZTD US Operations, management of these activities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in program/project management, cross-functional project coordination
• Experience with strategy
• Strong leadership skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communications
