Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leads the ongoing design, configuration, deployment, and maintenance of HR system configuration.
  • Serves as owner for one or more HR system functional areas. Develop and manage project plans for upgrades/new functionality.
  • Works with key business partners to understand business processes, goals, and enhancement opportunities.
  • Provide training on HR system functionality to variety of customers within organization.
  • Perform complex data uploads into HR system (EIB). Regularly performs system audits to ensure the efficiency of processes and data integrity.
  • Provide support for HR system, including researching and resolving complex HR system problems, unexpected results or process flaws, and provides recommended solutions to resolve issues.
  • Partner with business functions to understand and interpret reporting requirements. Run and distribute scheduled reports and support business requests for complex ad hoc reports. Create and maintain report catalog to enable end-users to get needed reports from HR system.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues (end-user, business process, security, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain HR and other business reporting, analytics and dashboards. Ensure dashboard, reporting and embedded analytics supports HR security and access protocols.
  • Develop and maintain simple to complex custom HR system reports using Report Writer and Report Designer and work with functional teams to understand and interpret reporting requirements.
  • Build and maintain inbound/outbound HR system HCM integrations to third party vendors including payroll and benefits providers. Design, build and support HR system integrations with the HR system setup using Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, Web Services, and REST APIs.
  • Develop simple test plans and project plans for upgrades/new functionality.
  • Actively participate in the HR system community by contributing to content, voting on Brainstorms, etc.
  • Develop training documents related to HR system updates. May guide and train new colleagues as necessary.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

  • Typically possesses Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 5-8 years of experience.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Advanced understanding of object oriented architecture.
  • Advanced knowledge of HR system (HR system), data structure and reporting (e.g. within Core HCM, Reporting, Compensation, Talent, Benefits, Payroll).
  • Ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Exceptional analytic skills and capabilities.
  • Ability to anticipate, draw conclusions, and adapt to changing needs.
  • Ability to consult with stakeholders and identify metrics and interpretation needed in deliverables.
  • Self-motivated with a focus on driving results and strong sense of accountability.
