JOB SUMMARY - To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
The Senior Financial Analyst will play a key role in the providing financial data to key stakeholders while improving current processes. This position prepares financial analyses, forecasts and reporting for use in the development of financial business decisions. The individual will develop a solid understanding of financial results and spend variance analysis and be responsible for developing reporting tools and models to support our planning process.Work will include in-depth financial analysis as well as project and process management including frequent communication and coordination with cross-functional business partners.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead the process and development of the company's operating expenses across various functions for budgets, forecasts and long range operating plans
- Monthly operating expense analysis; Identify, analyze and interpret meaningful financial trends and propose action plans for improvement
- Work with business leaders to provide insights through analysis for real time data decision making
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial presentations for Management
- Responsible for the administration and continued development of the budgeting, reporting and forecasting tools
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support corporate decision making
- Identify and develop continuous improvement into business processes and management reporting, driving clear and consistent understanding of performance, highlight actionable opportunities, and supporting the optimization of resource allocation
- Develop and leverage strong relationships to understand the cause and effect of business decisions and drive improved financial outcomes.
- Facilitate efficient business finance support across the organization through standardization of policy, process and presentation, combined with automation and systemization.

QUALIFICATIONS-The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill or ability required.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor'sAccounting or Financefield of study
- Equivalent work related experience acceptable in lieu of degree: No
- years of demonstrated experience in 4+finance, with responsibilities in financial reporting, analysis, budgeting and forecasting.
- Masters level degree in a related field or CPA preferred
Skills/Knowledge
- Experience in driving strategic direction through financial analysis
- Proficient in the following computer software applications: Microsoft Office and Power BI
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to effectively review and provide an accurate, well-organized deliverable in a time-conscious fashion
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively field questions, discuss financial issues, explain analysis and support financial tracking of key projects with a wide range of audiences with varying levels of financial acumen
- Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks and meet critical deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
