About the Role

The Strategy team defines and evolves Old Navy's brand priorities and product, omni, and innovation strategies. The Senior Analyst, Strategy is a strategy generalist who contributes to critical projects to support Old Navy's growth.

What You'll Do

  • Contribute to Old Navy strategy through research, analysis, and synthesis
  • Conduct market, competitor, and customer research, leading both quantitative and qualitative analyses
  • Synthesize findings, develop storylines, and communicate to senior management
  • Work with cross-functional partners across Merchandising, Marketing, Finance, Product Management and Technology, Store Operations, Digital, Inventory Management to identify and track key strategies and to execute special projects
  • Develop executive-level communications for Senior Leadership, Board of Directors, and other organizational leaders
  • Own work planning, hypothesis generation, and development of structured analysis

Who You Are

We are looking for someone who is motivated and easy to work with! Desired qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2-5 years of professional work experience, with ideally 1-2 years in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or business strategy & operations
  • Analytical skills, including Excel
  • Structured thinking and logical communications, including PowerPoint
  • Ability to build consensus and work collaboratively across levels and functions
  • Organizational skills, including planning, time management, and attention to detail
  • Interest in retail / fashion industry
