GENERAL PURPOSE:
As a Sr. Operations Analyst you will work to ensure that the physicians and our field teammates have the resources, education and tools needed for Physicians to complete various tasks to follow legal and compliance guidelines. You will be a go to teammate for the field, as well as strategize and plan out how we can achieve our goals.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Solution & capability design: Drive definition and design of innovative solutions based on external and internal input. Drive clarity and consensus across DaVita teams on near-term priorities.
Process and communication design: Observe and document current operational processes. Identify and drive initiatives to standardize and improve.
Primary market research: Conduct and/or manage DaVita field interviews to assess the feasibility and need for new capabilities/programs.
Secondary market research: Development and maintain repeatable analytics process and reports to support recurring needs
Build relationships with field leaders: Helping maintain and support a network of operations partners accountable for day-to-day operations management
Fact base development: Identify and analyze key data sources (i.e. physician behavior, process statistics, etc.) to put a fact base behind new program design. Develop actionable output to support decision making.
Cross-team and executive communication: Develop and deliver written and verbal communications to inform and align multiple working teams in addition to executive sponsors.
New program/capability launches: Work with DaVita business development and field teams to pilot and implement recommendations and shape go-to-market activities.
Develop business justification: Work with the Physician Experience Team and leadership to develop the hypothesis, analytical frameworks, and financial pro-forma models to drive capability investment.
Project Management: Oversee projects end-to-end through concept development, development of business case, pilot, and launch and effectively manage cross-functional teams to deliver project results.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in project coordination and analysis or process design/innovation, or similar
Exceptional written / verbal communication and analytic capabilities
Strong Excel and PowerPoint Skills
Experience in healthcare industry or IT-related fields a plus

Ambitious and pro-active with strong team leadership skills
Experience of conducting high quality analysis with complex datasets
Strong influencing skills; Track record of successful relationship development and ability to build credibility
Strong drive to 'crack the problem' with a deep intellectual curiosity and integrity, combined with a practical sense of how to cut to the core issues and analysis
Comfort with ambiguity
Experience in healthcare management, or process design/innovation, or similar
Solid grip on strategic and financial fundamentals
Strong business and financial acumen with a sense of shareholder responsibility
Team player with the ability to sell change effectively and influence others
Strong capacity to communicate - verbally and in writing, including strong presentation skills
Deals with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment.

Salary/Wage Range
$65,000 - $80,000
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
