We're scaling rapidly and are looking for a Senior Associate to join our Content & Experience team on Sportsbook Operations. You will be instrumental to a team process, culture, and vision that ensures the highest quality experience for our consumers. You will be responsible for engaging with and growing our product by finding trends and opportunities throughout the lifecycle of our Sportsbook Operations. Sound good to you? Join us.

What you'll do as a Sportsbook Operations Senior Associate - Content & Experience:

• Responsible for sport-level handle and revenue forecasting with a 3-12 month outlook on upcoming schedules and events within your assigned sports
  
• Use on-site merchandising techniques and proportional partnerships to achieve and exceed forecasted benchmarks
  
• Work closely with trading, compliance, and product teams (among others) to grow our product offerings on a state, sport, league, and market level
  
• Identify and complete small projects to streamline operations and contribute to the success of company-wide objectives; sharing learnings and outcomes back to the wider operations team
  
  

What skills you will use:

• Bachelor's degree preferred, in a relevant field such as business, economics, engineering, or mathematics
  
• 1+ years in a related Sportsbook role preferred
  
• Ability to work flexible hours
  
• Self-motivated and collaborative with the ability to multitask and manage a backlog
  
• Advanced in Excel, Google Suite, SQL; foundational knowledge in Python is a plus
  
• Passionate about Sports and are familiar with our product
  
• Strong attention to detail
