Position Summary...

What you'll do...

• Evaluates government payer support programs, plans, and implementation requirements to ensure compliance with government, industry, and company standards by conducting evaluations of current and future contract requirements to determine needed system or operational changes; addressing concerns that are out of alignment with established business parameters; determining the action plan for contract execution for each customer program ; providing solution recommendations to senior leadership and business contacts; and following up with each government or state-specific stakeholder to ensure compliance is achieved.

• Assists in the completion of legal documents for contract execution by reviewing government contracts to determine needed system or operational changes; and collaborating with key stakeholders to advise on needed changes based on contract requirements.

• Scanning and mailing documents to stakeholders involved in contract execution; setting up conference calls or meetings; and collaborating, communicating, and presenting information to internal and external stakeholders.

• Implements strategic initiatives related to government programs by evaluating program return on investment data; providing recommendations regarding program implementation; analyzing current data and forecasts to determine if contract requirements can be met; and assisting in developing and implementing appropriate action plans to achieve initiatives.

• Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices; supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs; and building commitment for perspectives and rationales.

• Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities.

• Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by incorporating these into the development and implementation of business plans; using the Open Door Policy; and demonstrating and assisting others with how to apply these in executing business processes and practices.
