Job Description

The Brand Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting the strategic planning and execution of 360 marketing plans for the Nature's Bounty business. Under the direction of a Brand Manager, this individual will contribute to forecasting, marketing plan execution, in-store and online merchandising, pricing and promotional strategies relating to the brand. This position would coordinate with cross functional teams, such as Customer Strategy, Sales, Supply and Demand Planning, agency vendors, to support achievement of brand objectives. This position can be based in NY or in Florham Park NJ.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Manage the daily analysis and measurement of brand performance, including evaluation of key brand growth indicators, sales and forecasting performance of the business.
  • Investigate the performance of marketing campaigns and strategies through evaluating key performance metrics.
  • Responsible for managing complex projects with cross functional teams. Key skills will be development and management of timelines, decision points, and stakeholder alignment. Must keep projects on track and on target.
  • Interface with key stakeholders across the organization in a variety of corporate functions including sales, operations, finance, legal and regulatory.
  • Responsible for compiling of Brand and Sales presentations that combine meaningful product, category & consumer insights.
  • Responsible for FSI and Coupon execution.
  • Collaborate in developing consumer insights, innovation, brand communications, retail customer development and other elements of brand strategy.
Job Requirements
  • 1-2 years of professional experience preferred.
  • Branded Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills are essential.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort level working with data to create actionable insights.
  • Exceptional follow-through and initiative.
  • Proficiency in coordinating across cross-functional teams and an ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Motivated, energetic and excited to learn
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
  • Must possess strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to think critically and execute tasks accurately.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
