*Salary Range: * $110,000 - $150,000

2.) 8+ Years of SOX experience
3.) Accounting or Finance Degree
4.) Located near San Antonio, TX

1.) Big 4 or Public accounting background
2.) ITGC (IT General Controls)

What You Will Be Doing As a SOX Manager, your are very experienced in SOX compliance, working on everything from deficiencies to testing, complex processes and have heavy management experience. You are a confident individual who has no trouble be presenting to upper management. The majority of your work will also include internal audits, walk throughs and business processes. Your experience in implementing new systems and controls will definitely come in handy for this role. Any ITGC experience is also welcome as this year will have a growing focus on this.
What You Need for this Position *Must Have Skills: *
1.) Active CPA
2.) 8+ Years of SOX experience
3.) Accounting or Finance Degree
4.) Located near San Antonio, TX
