What You Will Be Doing - Work with clients post-sale to provide support for technical issues
- Work with Customer Success, Account Management, Product team in order to solve issues
- Ability to work in client facing role to turn business use cases into technical solutions
- Record customer interactions, investigating, troubleshooting and resolution of issues
- Demonstrate judgement in in methods and techniques to resolve issues
- Provide best experience for clients
- Ensure client issues are resolved in a timely manner
- Assist in development of reusable self-service solutions
What You Need for this Position - Extensive experience in Solutions Engineering and multiple years of customer facing experience
- Experience in services and/or support management for SaaS solution
- Expertise in public cloud - AWS, Azure, GCP...Architect certification is preferred
