Intrado's Life & Safety team is hiring a Solutions Architect to join our team!

Intrado's Life & Safety division is responsible for some critical parts of our everyday life. Our solutions are responsible for everything that happens after a 9-1-1 call is placed - call routing, delivery, location determination and data management. Whether you call from a landline, cell phone or text 9-1-1, we make sure first responders get the right information at the right time so they can save lives.

As a Solutions Architect with Intrado, you will be responsible for the technical needs of assigned strategic customers. They will align with sales/customer success to map out critical technology needs, ensure consistent implementation across teams and regions and identify new opportunities to leverage Intrado's technology stack to solve the clients' strategic goals.

ESSESENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Oversee the day-to-day technical needs of the customer and ensure consistency of delivery across Virtual Events and Webcasts
  • Adapt and design custom solutions to meet new client needs and conduct thorough internal testing before implementation, ensuring all technical solutions work towards the strategic objectives for the account
  • Understand customers primary objectives for their events, look for new solutions to increase their real or perceived ROI on their events
  • Coordinate with CSM and AM to prepare technical presentations for new initiatives- work proactively to ensure services team is ready with a fully vetted plan ahead of sales close
  • Conduct weekly check ins and office hours to provide a proactive stance to work through client technical needs, including readouts to internal stakeholders
  • Ensure Customer Playbooks contain technical sections that can be referenced globally to ensure consistent and accurate event delivery. Map customer compliance, technical needs or limitations, feature preferences and concerns.
  • Proactively test new platform features or updates and revise internal materials and playbook where needed
  • Work with CSM on addressing complex reporting and 3rd party integration requests.
  • Own follow up for any major technology issues to the end client, documenting process oversights, technical faults and human errors and develop process adjustments to mitigate future impacts
  • Conduct ad-hoc services reviews for clients at risk due to technical issues or platform limitations. Assess any services gaps, platform usage issues and make recommendation on formal action plan.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in computer science, business administration, or MIS required. Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirements

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

  • Candidate should have at least 5 years' experience working in a customer facing technical or support role
  • Candidate should be capable demonstrating an ability to map out and implement long term strategic planning
  • Knowledge of SQL or Tableau a plus
  • Knowledge of wireless call flow
  • C# ( code reviews)

For candidates located in Colorado, the hiring range for this position is anticipated between $105,000-135,000 per year and will be commensurate with experience.
