The Site Reliability engineer isresponsible for owning the architecture, scalability and capacity planning ofthe site. You have a history and background of coding, but are also able totake on more senior-level responsibilities. You will work very closely withproject managers, developers, and clients to ensure we bring the rightsolutions and architectural recommendations to our clients with high quality.Your industry experience and collaborative personality allows you to juggleprojects, mentor and delegate to developers, and architect quality solutions.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Consult on the systemarchitecture, scalability, and capacity planning.
  • Automate and engineersolutions to improve site stability, efficiency, and latency.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, andresolve platform and application issues in a distributed environment.
  • Mentor and provide guidanceto team members through activities such as code reviews.
  • Ensure the team has theknowledge and skills to provide on-call support for the solution, as well asjoining in when needed.
  • Primary technical lead of oneor more projects, fully owning the technical delivery of these projects

Your qualifications:
  • 5-7+ years of relevant experience in CMS and eCommerce
  • Bachelor's Degree inComputer Science, Computer Engineering, or a similar field
  • Deep knowledge of ASP.NET, C#, and Sitecore 8/9
  • Proficient knowledge in AWS,SQL and IIS.
  • Python or PowerShellknowledge is a plus
  • Solid understanding of datastructures and algorithms, and how they apply to the performance of thesolution.
  • Team player willing tocollaborate with both onshore and offshore teams
  • Proven experience overseeingother developers on projects, e.g. facilitating code reviews, being a "goto" support/mentor, assisting with task estimation, etc.
  • Excellent analytic andproblem-solving skills
  • Excellent oral and writtencommunication skills
  • Professional demeanor
  • Ability and desire tointeract with clients
  • Ability to work effectivelywith collaborative project teams
  • Ability to function in afast-paced work environment
  • Dedicated team player
  • Technology consulting and/oragency experience is a plus
