Immediate need for a talented Service Representative - Field Ops. This is a 12 + Monthscontract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in East Elmhurst, NY.Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $28.36/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Accurately documents solutions related to complex issues
- Creates workaround procedures when standard procedures have failed and ensures issues are resolved
- Troubleshoots and develops technical solutions related to software and setup errors for field engineers, technicians, and customers
- Builds positive relationships with customers
- Ability to use a ladder
