Position Title: Service Desk Support

Location/Address: 100% REMOTE - can either sit in Denver area or Seattle, WA

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience supporting end users as part of an IT Service Desk
• Strong troubleshooting skills with experience supporting Windows OS 10 and MS Office
• OS and basic network connectivity - VPN
• Password Administration / reset experience - Active Directory

Plusses:

• SCCM - supporting software installations and troubleshooting issues as a result
• Supporting Windows o365
• Supporting Exchange Online
• Associate's or BS Degree
• Technical Certifications: A+ , N+, MCP, MCSE, etc

Day to Day/Project:

Will be on the Mastec Ticketing System for first call resolution, but will also be responsible for deskside support.

Ticketing Systems is ServiceNow, they're assigned roughly 100 tickets per week, so about 25 per day on average. Corporate Service Desk is based out of Corproate HQ for Mastec in Miami and is a high volume call center environment.

Most of the tickets tied to acquisition sites involve some technical debt, not updated equipment to run Mastec's current systems. SCCM related issues , along with password resets.
