Will be on the Mastec Ticketing System for first call resolution, but will also be responsible for deskside support.
Ticketing Systems is ServiceNow, they're assigned roughly 100 tickets per week, so about 25 per day on average. Corporate Service Desk is based out of Corproate HQ for Mastec in Miami and is a high volume call center environment.
Most of the tickets tied to acquisition sites involve some technical debt, not updated equipment to run Mastec's current systems. SCCM related issues , along with password resets.
