WSFS is seeking a Senior Website Manager. The Senior Website Manager will play a key role in implementing and monitoring web strategies to increase brand awareness and visibility of wsfsbank.com. The ideal candidate will have experience in user interface and design, be skilled at content strategy and possess technical knowledge of web development technologies. They will support and enhance our marketing efforts by understanding the Customer experience through WSFS Bank’s website. The incumbent will have a deep understanding of data and analytics coupled with the creative mindset to transition raw data into actionable insights and compelling marketing campaigns, providing analysis and feedback on marketing effectiveness for the website. They will be instrumental in the development, launch and on-going management of our website personalization strategy through our content management system and an “always on” customer marketing strategy. The Senior Website Manager will also collaborate with various business lines in overall Digital Transformation project work.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Serve as overarching manager of website including content, design, maintenance, evaluation, and improvement initiatives.
  • Managing resource partners – internal and external, for timely results and resolution when issues arise.
  • Inspire and oversee Digital Content Manger to deliver on all aspects of daily operations, including website content and design, email, and related online activities
  • Assess website traffic consistently. Provide analysis that details the sites’ overall performance. Respond to indicators that require action to correct any growing problems or opportunities.
  • Apply a data-driven approach to wsfsbank.com content strategy, collaborating with SEO and development partners on website maintenance, updates, SEO, planning and aligning marketing with technology.
  • Work within overall Marketing strategy to position content to resonate with existing customers as well as engage and attract new customers.
  • Partner with marketing technology consultant in development of Sitecore personalization strategy and launch.
  • Collaborate with technology on WSFS Bank’s broader digital strategy, including initiatives and partnerships.
  • Keep up with content, web, and social media trends, innovations, and interactive technologies; make recommendations on new features and applications.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in related field or 7+ years of relevant experience.
  • Resourceful, solutions-oriented content planner and manager- strong experience with web content strategy and personalization.
  • Experience with CMS (Sitecore preferred), website production, maintenance and optimization required.
  • Expertise in hand-coding HTML, XHTML, CSS and Java script is a plus.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and experience in measuring user experience on web and through interactive vehicles is required.
  • Strong familiarity with SEO practices and trends
  • Successful track record of personnel management and developing talent
  • Strong written and verbal communication/presentation skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, changing environment
  • Ability to multi-task on several projects, manage conflicting priorities and cultivate creativity with deadline-based decision-making
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Ability to work well in teams
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Physical Requirements: The physical demands described below must be met by an Associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
  • Incumbent will be required to stand for extended periods of time.
  • Incumbent may be required to sit for prolonged periods of time.
  • May be required to wear face coverings during business hours.
  • Dexterity is mandatory as this job requires frequent use of hands and fingers.
  • The incumbent will be required to walk, reach with hands and arms, push items overhead, occasionally climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
  • The incumbent will also be required to talk, hear, see, read and write.
  • This position requires regular lifting and moving of 10-25 lbs.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

  • Incumbent must also have the ability to count accurately and the ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide and record, balance and check results for accuracy.
