You are a passionate Senior Architect that will work on world-class platforms using any or all Java/J2EE technologies & architecture. You are hands-on, will design and develop APIs for internal and external use that will be used for Features in Digital teams across multiple domains and micro-services. You will be accountable for the migration of assigned platforms and processes as per project timelines and ensure smooth knowledge transfer in partnership with onshore and offshore stakeholders. You will be responsible for the production delivery of Sprint Scope and Will support production deployments. You will be responsible for the code reviews, TDD's and documentation for the features implemented.

Being a technical maestro, you come with a technical degree and 10-12 years of experience in Java, Springboot, Redis, NoSQL (Cassandra), Kafka, AWS/EKS, API design, Conjure, Microservices, Event-driven architecture, GraphQL, Camel/Spring Integration, Performance Tuning, API design (REST/GraphQL), API security, data encryption, knowledge of SQL (Oracle). It will be nice if you are knowledgeable in NodeJS, F5, Okta, Lambda, F5, Akamai. You have an excellent understanding of computer science fundamentals, data structures, algorithms, OOPs and OOA/D design patterns. You have experience with agile development methodologies with TDD/CI using the latest engineering tools like Jenkins, JIRA, Confluence, git).

The annual gross base salary range is $114,123.00 - 190,205.00 This role is also eligible to receive annual bonus and stock. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is one component of the Western Union total compensation package, which includes short-term incentives, multiple health insurance options, accident and life insurance, and access to best-in-class development platforms, to name a few!
