The core focus of this position will be:

  • Provide customer training and support via webinar / webex, phone calls, email and ticketing systems such as; create new accounts, update user roles, etc.
  • Lead scheduled trainings and on-board new customers for ECaTS reporting products
  • Participate in audits, customer reviews and other meetings as needed
  • Provide training and support for Power Metrics Advanced 'Viper' Call Handling
  • Work closely with the Intrado Customer Help Desk team to solve customer issues
  • Develop training documentation for customers as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Education
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Associate's Degree from an accredited college or university in computer science, MIS, or a related field is preferred, however equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirements

Experience
  • 3 or more years of experience in a help desk or technical position required
  • Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or similar preferred
  • Excellent presentation skills and the ability to effectively communicate with customers and deliver training required
  • Strong working knowledge of O365 required
  • Experience with Team Foundation Server, SmartSheets, Sharepoint and SQL
  • Experience in a public safety, 9-1-1, or 24/7 environment preferred
