Title: Senior Sales Consultant - Strategy/Execution
Reports to: SVP of Business Outcomes
Location: Remote - Anywhere in the US
Job Summary
The Senior Sales Consultant - Strategy/Execution will focus on high leverage large deal client opportunities selling and facilitating FranklinCovey’s Business Outcomes Solutions (4DX, Sales Performance, Customer Loyalty). This is a position that requires strong consultative selling skills with a background in sales. It requires a person with former executive leadership experience who ideally has run a business unit of 200-500+ persons. Will require expertise in selling and facilitating FranklinCovey offerings to organizations including all tools, online cloud-based applications and apps, conducting executive work sessions, and consulting applications of our Execution, Sales Performance and Customer Loyalty solutions.
Essential Job Functions
This person will partner with the respective Business Outcomes Leader, Managing Directors, consultants, project managers, and Client Partners to:
Position requires former C level or senior leadership experience running a business unit of 200-500+ persons and/or 10+ years of consulting experience with C-level and senior leaders. Bachelor’s degree is required with a master’s degree preferred. Must be able to create and deliver compelling, polished buyer presentations to both line leadership and senior corporate executives within target companies. Ability to facilitate executive design sessions that have a high degree of complexity. A high degree of business acumen, and a very strong understanding of key business drivers and metrics. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required. Ability to understand, communicate, and work within advanced software applications relating to strategy deployment and capability development. High Character and competence. A well-developed pattern of achievement, competitive skills, energy, motivation, enthusiasm and integrity is critical to success in this role.
