You'll be part of a large construction company located in South Florida. Miami and West Palm Beach. Specialized in Commercial (Airports, Multifamily, High-end Commercial Spaces, Educational, Club Houses, others).

Responsibilities

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for managing contracts, costs, schedules, safety, and quality throughout all phases of the construction process for several projects at the same time.
Will also be accountable for maintaining relationships with the clients, subcontractors, building trust and value throughout the construction process.

Blueprint reading.
Client Management

Qualifications

B.S. in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, related field and/or related construction experience.

You will also need to have at least 15-20 years or more years of experience in the construction industry, preferably with a general contractor.

To be successful you need to be able to read construction drawings, coordinations, and be familiar with the South Florida area subcontractor and vendor market.

Organizational, administrative, and communication skills are also crucial to the success of the role.

Manage construction software; Procore, Sage, Bluebeam, or similar.

What you'll get in return

In return, you will receive a package of up to $180,000 - 200,000 plus benefits, bonus, allowances, and other perks.
