In this new role, you will be accountable for leading various divisional marketing initiatives and projects to drive commercial growth for TMC, a division of C.H. Robinson. You will proactively work alongside TMC's Director of Marketing to manage priorities and work with marketing resources across functions and regions to bring marketing plans to life.

The position is based at C.H. Robinson's Corporate Headquarters in Eden Prairie, MN in a hybrid environment. Our hybrid work model of 2 days/week in office and 3 days/week remote gives you the flexibility and choice so you can create a career that enhances your life.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute cross channel lead generation and awareness campaigns for TMC, working with digital, creative, and media teams to drive awareness and growth across prioritized regions. Participate in the overall strategy for lead generation.
  • Collaborate with global marketing leaders to develop and execute the divisional marketing strategy - including key messaging development and content creation through various marketing channels including email, in-person /virtual events, web, etc. with measurable impact.
  • Collaborate with divisional technology, sales, and customer relationship leaders, on customer presentations and content.
  • Work with marketing analytics team on reporting, including analysis and recommendations based on key findings to improve our marketing mix.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise and other divisional/regional marketing teams to align priorities and marketing value for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with marketing team to ensure divisional content and channels are delivering our overall messaging goals and in alignment with enterprise marketing messages.
  • Assist in the continual updating of the divisional plan as initiatives evolve.
  • Support efforts around gathering story opportunities to help promote divisional value proposition in alignment with enterprise customer promise.
  • Prepare executive level presentations, reporting and recommendations based on key findings.
  • Liaise with other functional areas to gather potential divisional content in support of customer promise.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4+ years of marketing experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • B2B and Service marketing experience preferred
  • Experience with ABM & marketing automation strategies
  • Experience in transportation/supply chain industry
  • Ability to build relationships and align stakeholders with unique and/or differing perspectives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience successfully driving results in cross-functional, matrixed organization
  • Organization and detail orientation with the ability to manage multidimensional projects
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
