Your Role:

The Senior Manufacturing Operator is a position reporting to the department supervisor. This position will serve a crucial role in manufacturing a quality product to our customers, by bringing a holistic approach to daily production. A Senior Manufacturing Operator will drive production fulfillment and work closely with other team members in maximizing overall production efforts in a team environment.

Candidate will fulfill production job responsibilities in a clean room ISO 9001 environment. Candidate will also carry out mechanical setups, feed machines, carry out basic maintenance tasks and execute various transactions in data software. The Senior Manufacturing Operator will also contribute to various department improvement efforts. The working hours are 11:00PM-7:00AM Monday-Friday with occasionally overtime as needed.

Physical Attributes:

Lifting up to 45 lbs and Standing for 8-hour shift.

Who You Are:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience working in a manufacturing environment

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associates degree or vocational tech training
  • Able to follow safe work practices
  • Familiarity with EH&S, ISO, cGMP, and other regulatory requirements in a manufacturing environment
  • Certified Lean/Six Sigma experience (e.g. belt certifications, root cause analysis training, and kaizen experience)
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications
  • Knowledge of lock-out-tag-out and electrical safety
  • Interpersonal and teamwork involvement
