Directs the NNOC Managers and Manager of Network Problem & (Change) Management through goals, objectives, and initiatives (aligned with company Strategic Objectives and the values and behaviors of the Dynamic Organization). Is accountable for the operations and maintenance of the national UScellular wireless voice and data network 24x7x365. Through the ownership of incident, problem, return merchandise authorization (RMA), change and fault management policies and tools!
