We are a strong, well-established organization looking for a Senior IT Manager to ensure our applications (SAP and Salesforce) and data are running operationally in production. This role is mostly an *individual contributor *who is the gate keeper for our 3rd party vendor who is technology responsible for our applications. This role also ensures all data integration for these applications and will eventually have a direct report to assist with data.

We are looking for someone who has SAP and/or Salesforce application experience working with a 3rd party on production and support. This will include KPI management, communications and a solid understanding of our ERP/CRM landscape.

This role is a *Service Delivery* position supporting our key Enterprise applications.

*We have a hybrid workweek, two days onsite, 3 days remote.*
What You Will Be Doing - Production ownership of our ERP/CRM applications including all Data Integration
- Gatekeeper for all changes, enhancement and upgrades working closely with 3rd party vendor
- Owns 3rd party vendor management
- Validate applications going into production
- Ensure production systems are available
- Manage overall system performance
- Manage all planned maintenance and communications
- Budgetary management and ensure contracts are aligned with expectations
What You Need for this Position - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years managing and leading development and/or operations teams supporting ERP and/or CRM applications
- Deep technical experience with SAP and/or Salesforce including data integration
- *Specific deep technical experience with SAP, Salesforce and Data Integration in a support role
- Experience managing operations teams, including daily operations, application maintenance and upgrades
- Experience leading operations function, team and people
- Experience leading development teams in system integration space, with technical knowledge of integration technologies
- Experience managing outsourced partners, and working with vendors and internal partners
- Experience working in a Agile environment*
