This will include training and embedment of robust Root Cause analysis tools, continuously maturing Preventative Maintenance plans across hundreds of assets, orchestrating annual shutdown maintenance, and developing new and existing predictive maintenance tools (i.e. Vibration analysis, lubricant analysis, thermography).
  • Oversee the optimization of equipment and production line performance, as measured by Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Finance to create and utilize a data-driven approach to prioritize losses, evaluate solutions, recommend a course of action, pursue spending approval, and implement the solution to improve plant uptime.
