Duties for this position will include:

• Engage stakeholders to effectively capture business requirements, map processes, and develop functional specifications in support of business priorities
• Recommend enhancements to optimize or enhance current business processes
• Perform testing and coordinate process changes through the organization as needed
• Collaborate with team members to create and maintain project plans
• Lead implementation of complex IT solutions
• Research disruptive information technology
• Experiment with new technologies that can be leveraged to add value to the business

Skills required:

• 5+ years of business analysis experience
• 2+ years of experience working with enterprise level projects
• Experience with Agile teams, Experience developing, implementing, and/or managing large, complex operational systems.
• Change Management background/experience, Workday implementation experience

Nice to Have:

• Experience working within a Higher Education setting

Certifications (preferred):

• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
• Certified Scrum Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent
• Prosci Certified Change Practitioner or equivalent

The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $110,000 annually, Flexion also offers a comprehensive benefits plan to our employees.
