Senior Gypsum Stack Technician

The Ideal candidate will manage the pondwater system and the surrounding gyp stacks to ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate requirements. Monitor facility and surrounding areas to ensure Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security standards are met and resolve any issues that arise. Obtain resources, equipment, and/or labor, and oversee the work to ensure issue is being managed appropriately. Direct activities and resources relating to Lime Treatment and UIC operations. This includes directing all facets utilizing Mosaic employees and contractors to meet safety and environmental goals.

What you'll do?

• Provide work direction to the contactors operating the lime treatment and UIC operations. Communicate daily plans/activities.
  
• Coordinate with Maintenance and Electrical/Instrumentation/Automation teams on issues to be addressed with lime treatment and UIC operations. Includes all aspects of Workflow.
  
• Coordinate process chemical deliveries and order operations supplies as needed for lime treatment and UIC operations. Manage controllable spend plan to ensure asset operational availability.
  
• Generate / review operational procedures for all areas of the Gyp Stack area. Manage the safe work permitting process. Ensure environmental compliance is being met
  
• Performs miscellaneous job duties as assigned.
  

What you'll need:

• High School/GED preferred/
  
• 5 to 8 years of industrial or manufacturing experience is preferred.
  
• 2 to 5 Years in Operations experience is preferred.
  
• 1 to 2 Years in Microsoft Office Suite experience is preferred.
  
• 1 to 2 Years in Objective Interface Systems (OIS) experience is preferred.
  
• 1 to 2 Years in Maximo/SAP experience is preferred.
  
• The ideal candidate also needs to have Management of Change (MOC) experience.
  
• PI / PI Vision preferred.
  
• Experience with Ariba / Fieldglass preferred.
