Our cutting edge digital wearable platform is a breakthrough in the high-risk cardiovascular health sector. Patients are finding much more efficiency and security with their information when they transfer from the hospital to their respective homes. Our platform has the capacity to use cutting-edge data science and patient-centered design concepts, which has the potential to revolutionize the way these patients are monitored, diagnosed, and treated.
What You Will Be Doing - Creating Embedded software for a Class III medical device and implementing it.
- Create production code that is incredibly well documented, modular, and instrumented, making it a breeze to maintain and test.
- Work on conventional RTOS that can be ported to bespoke hardware.
- Ensure that you are in compliance with MISRA.
- Create performance measurement tools.
- Create a test environment that is automated.
- Make design verification for firmware
What You Need for this Position - BS or higher in Computer Science or Engineering
- 4+ Years of embedded software development experience
- 2+ years of C/C++ programing, medical device experience preferred
- Recent RTOS Experience (e.g., FreeRTOS, QNX, VxWorks, etc.)
- ARM (or STM32) microcontroller experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience debugging board-level firmware on target
