RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client seeking a Senior Financial Analyst in Grand Rapids, MI. This company offers great compensation package and benefits, and an opportunity for growth within the company. Leadership provides employees great visibility and participation with building culture and team spirit.Summary:In this role, the Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for preparation of 10Q and 10K. Other responsibilities include financial statement analysis and reporting results to management. This position will have high exposure to upper-level executives.REQUIREMENTS:
- CPA
- 3-5 years of SEC experience
- Public accounting experience
- Experience with preparation in 10Q and 10K
- Candidate must be from a large regional or Big 4 CPA firm or have current experience in another public company
- Strong communication skills also required
- Candidates qualifying for this position will have similar experience along with the skills and abilities to perform the duties mentioned
- Any relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
