An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated Senior Financial Analyst to join our Chicago team. We are a global medical services and product organization going through massive growth globally. We have a fun and dynamic team and are now looking to expand it with someone who is ambitious and wants to develop their career in a global company. The Senior Financial Analyst position is a varied and challenging role based in our Downtown offices in Chicago. We have a HYBRID work environment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Revenue analysis including reviewing unbilled activity, billing reconciliations, etc
- Manage revenue accruals and reserves
- Prepare financial reports throughout the month to report on and analyze expected revenues
- All month-end revenue reports
- Manage the daily work activities in the Revenue and Income division
- Oversee the monthly Revenue and Income process, including monitoring automated invoicing process within the Revenue and Income system
- Work closely within the Revenue and Income system, including identifying automation opportunities and improvements
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- 4+ years of financial analysis experience
- Degree in Finance or Accounting or in a related field
- Critical thinking and sound decision-making skills
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Highly motivated and driven to succeed
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Leadership/Supervisory experience preferred
- Excel skills: creating and reading reports, basic formulas, pivot tables, vlookups, count ifs, etc
