Job Summary

The Senior Financial Analyst II of AMN FP&A will be responsible for analysis, reporting and project work across AMN Healthcare business segments. The position will work with members of all three business segment finance teams as well as other stakeholder groups in the company. Analysis duties will include ROI analysis on IT investments across the company along with supporting special project work. Reporting duties will include weekly metric reporting and quarterly earnings call work. Project work will include support of strategic, M&A and scenario modeling and board presentations. The position is also expected to support business FP&A activities as needed.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provides analysis, support and coordination for AMN's IT capital projects analysis process.
  • Coordinates and performs reporting for weekly metrics across AMN business units.
  • Leads coordination and preparation of quarter-end earnings call data within tight timeframe to support internal leadership requirements.
  • Performs project work in support of finance leadership in the areas of strategy and long term scenario modeling as well as M&A modeling and board presentation support.
  • Maintains and assists in the development of the annual operating plan and periodic Close and forecasting process.

Education
  • Bachelor's Degree | Finance | Mandatory

Certifications
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) | American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) | Preferred
  • Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) | Financial Management Association FMA | Preferred
  • Certified Financial Planner (CFP) | Financial Management Association FMA | Preferred

Pay Rate
$83,500 - $99,000 Salary
Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
