We are working with a growing pharmaceutical company which has both commercial products and products under development. The company recently acquired additional assets through a merger and needs to grow its legal research and development function. This role will be integral to the development of key assets and the hiring manager is one who is interested in creating opportunities for members of their team. There is a strong preference for candidates with 7+ years' experience handling R&D matters such as clinical trials agreement, collaboration agreements, licensing agreements, etc. This position is more than just contracts, as it is expected to work in partnership with scientists and business leaders to provide counsel and advice in support of R&D efforts. This company has offices in the northeast and on the west coast, but the position can be remote. The base and bonus compensation for this position is competitive with the market, and long term equity is higher than market. Please apply with resume for consideration.
