The Sam's Club Experience Design team crafts compelling experiences wherever we meet our members and associates-from our clubs, to their businesses, and to their homes. We creatively deliver impact for the web, apps, in-club experiences and associate-facing tools.
As a Product Designer, you will help transform complex information and tasks into easy-to-use designs for our millions of members and associates. To do this, you'll need to think visually -using techniques like storyboards and sketching -to communicate design concepts. You'll use your knowledge of the UX process (research, conceptual design, prototyping, testing, etc), in collaboration with other team members, to iterate multiple solutions and deliver compelling designs.
What you'll do…
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Media Arts, Design, Industrial Design, Architecture or related field and 3 years of product design experience; OR Master's degree or equivalent in Media Arts, Design, Industrial Design, Architecture or related field and 1 year of product design experience.
Additional Skills and Experience:
Experience with design exploration including sketching, storyboarding, and wireframing. Experience with visual design using product low to high fidelity mockups. Experience with animation and motion designs to create mobile interaction, movement, and gestures. Experience delivering final design production assets for engineers to build. Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for illustration design. Experience with After Effects and Lottie to create motion graphics. Experience with Sketch and Abstract. Experience with InVision for prototyping. Experience with Zeplin for design specification and collaboration. Experience with Airtable and JIRA for management assignment. Employer will accept any amount of experience with the required skills.
