Projects the candidate will be working on:

• The Candidate will be building out end to end reporting to support Product, Operations, and Client results for various Clinical and Health Program offerings.
• This includes building reporting table infrastructure, pulling from source data and populating data tables, and building Tableau Reporting and Excel reports.

Ideal Background:

• Good background of building out reports from scratch, from source data, to development and establishing delivery or moving into production.
• Good understanding of BI tools. Ability to analyze and communicate findings and solutions.
• Healthcare experience is a plus but not necessary.
• Technical skills are critical as we will be building in tableau and leveraging SQL and Alteryx to connect to our SQL server database.

Experience:

• Ability to get at the root of the problem, collaboration, partnership with various business partners, communication, database knowledge.

Top Requirements:

• SQL - 3 + years, Tableau - 2+ years, Alteryx - 1+ years

Team and Team size:

• Enterprise Reporting and Analysis, Health Solutions Insights Team (60+), on the External Channel Team (10 members), will be on scrum team size of 3-6.

Top Responsibilities:

• Build and Develop SQL code to query and pull data results
• Build and Develop reporting table infrastructure via SQL
• Designing and Building Tableau Reporting
• Building Alteryx Work Flows
• Understanding Data Structure and exploring databases
• Populating Various report out means, including Excel Spreadsheets
• Working with business partners Active collaboration between our team members, IT, users of reports, Product, Ops

• SQL Coding & Programing (Variety of Softwares can be used -SSMS, DBVizualizer, etc)
