We're growing rapidly and are searching for a Senior Compliance Assurance Manager to support our compliance and risk initiatives. Based in Boston, MA, the candidate will contribute to a strong and innovative compliance and risk management culture. Leading our Compliance Assurance program, you will manage planning, scoping, and executing testing plans as well as preparing written findings and reporting those findings to senior leadership. What you'll do as a Senior Compliance Assurance Manager:

  • Manage testing and monitoring reviews in accordance with Compliance Assurance Plan.
  • Establish and implement compliance assurance standards that drive consistency.
  • Work closely with the Director of Compliance Assurance to identify changes and streamline the current process.
  • Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to ensure testing controls and objectives are accurate and manage periodic updates to business unit-specific testing and monitoring plans.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry rules, regulations, and best practices to ensure testing programs adhere to regulatory standards.
  • Ensure effective coordination occurs and testing schedule is completed in a timely manner.
  • Drive a consistent methodology for testing execution.
  • Communicate progress and test results to Senior and Executive Leadership.
  • Coach, train and mentor other Compliance associates.

What skills you will use:

  • Ideally, you have 7+ years of Compliance, Risk, or Audit experience, preferably in a highly regulated industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience in planning, executing, and reporting on compliance testing reviews and/or regulatory issue validation activities.
  • You're highly motivated, have a strong attention to detail, and are team-oriented.
  • You're comfortable balancing multiple, competing priorities and changes in direction.
  • You're able to interpret and provide guidance on laws, rules, and regulations.
  • Compliance, Risk Management or Audit certifications such as CAMS, CIPP/US, CIA, CISA or CRCM.
