In this role, you will: manage all salary surveys and trend questionnaires, research and analyze market tends, and lead their annual compensation programs and salary reviews. The ideal candidate will be familiar with the compensation space and have experience with: market data, market matches, and salary administration. They are open to fully remote candidates.
