A day in the life.

As our Senior Client Advocate on the Employee Health & Benefits team, you'll actively manage a book of business to ensure each client's benefit plan needs and goals are met. This involves managing annual benefit enrollment periods and overseeing the transfer of coverage to new vendors, providing first-rate benefit plan communications to clients, resolving day-to-day service issues and concerns, maintaining accurate and up-to-date benefit plan documents, and counseling clients on a wide range of regulatory issues affecting benefit plans.

We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the benefit plan industry is required, working for an employer, insurer/administrator or broker.
  • Extensive knowledge of group insurance (medical, dental, vision, life and disability products) required.

  • Experience in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, health services administration or equivalent is preferred.

We know there are excellent candidates who might not check all of these boxes. Don't be shy. If you're close, we'd be very interested in meeting you.
