Our CX Operations team is seeking a Senior Business Solutions Manager to help our team Accelerate growth within each of Noom's Business Pillars by designing customer experience solutions that improve long-term retention and customer sentiment.

 

*WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:*



* Partner with each line of business to build and execute on customer experience operations and insights strategies that drive  customer value; 

* Leverage customer experience insights to present priority areas of opportunity that drive ROI, improve customer sentiment, trust, reputation, strategically nurture high-value customer relationships, and influence retention and conversion; 

* Collaborate with growth, product, coaching, operations and engineering leaders to design execution strategies on top business customer experience priorities. 


 

*WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:*





* 5+ years of experience in strategy, program management, or project management





* Experience at startups a plus - would like to see experience wearing many hats as well as demonstrating ability to own projects from ideation through to execution.




* 4+ years leading medium to large complex projects that involve multiple stakeholders.



* Project experience leading complex initiatives that involve multiple stakeholders with aggressive timelines and juggling multiple varying priorities that vary from day to day.


* 4+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams.

* 4+ years of experience working in an operations environment. 

* Exceptional written and verbal communications skills.

* Ability to lead cross-functional efforts across multiple time zones and functions.

* Ability to think strategically about complex issues, and complex problem solving leading to thoughtful recommendations and action plans.

* Passionate and proven leader with the ability to gain stakeholder buy-in, communicate confidently at both the pillar lead and project team level, and collaborate with a wide range of technical and non-technical teams.

* Demonstrated ability to take ownership of business problems and define solutions, not simply executing well on an assigned project.

* Passionate about optimizing operational tools and systems.
