You are a skilled marketer accountable for driving business planning and marketing execution for large innovation initiatives one of our iconic brands in the US. The desired outcome is sustainable organic growth with a clear foundation of consumer insights, brand positioning and innovation and marketing plans that result in sales, profit, share and equity gain. This position must focus on the consumer and put them at the center of everything you do. You will provide work direction and influence cross-functional partners in a matrix organization to include R&E, Supply Chain, Finance, Insights & Analytics, and Sales. This role reports to the GM, Intimate Care.

Responsibilities:

  • This role provides marketing leadership to support critical must win Intimate Care innovation commercialization approach across dry and flushable wipes and helps drives synergies across both platforms
  • Analyzes consumer data, market share and sales reports to understand brand performance, product health and to track progress against critical business initiatives
  • Collaborates with agency partners to drive disruptive communication
  • Participates in customer business planning process and collaborates with Sales Strategy team and Channel Development team to ensure delivery of net sales and market share objectives
  • Collaborates with Strategy & Innovation counterparts and directs the brand to ensure the brand promise and purpose is woven through all brand activities
  • Contributes to the development and execution of portfolio pack, pricing, trade promotion and distribution strategies
  • Leads the process of materials preparation for workshops and steering committees
  • Provide project management support using Agile tools (e.g., ADO)
  • Provides daily work direction to cross functional team members

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Business related field
  • Minimum of 8-10 years prior marketing experience in brand management
  • High familiarity with brand development planning, innovation and creative ideation processes.
  • Strong skills and experience with diagnosing and resolving complex problems and opportunities.
  • Experience of developing marketing plans including digital media agency management, personalization, consumer-led audience strategy.
  • Demonstrated capability of building a strong, positive, and caring team culture and build talent.
  • Ability to craft vision and strategy and make it come to life with actionable plans.
  • Strong analytical, decision making, influence, and compelling communication skills.
  • Strong project mgmt. and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross functional teams to deliver strong innovation plans.
  • Preferred (not essential, but desired):

  • Graduate degree in Marketing or Business Administration
  • Previous team leadership and or formal coaching/mentoring accountability
  • Experience with Agile ways of working
