We work on various complex projects ranging from from Biotechnology & Pharmaceutical, Community Services & Mission Critical, Cultural & Museums, and Education projects. We are seeking a Senior Architect to join our Raleigh, NC office that has recent experience working on commercial, Biotech, Industrial, or workplace projects. The ideal candidate will have advanced proficiency in Revit and preferred Architectural License.
What You Will Be Doing - Lead projects in building, life safety, accessibility codes, and sector guidelines.
- Manage all aspects of a project with expertise on projects of various scales and technical complexities.
- Assist with proposal development and estimating fees and scope of services with the Partner-In-Charge.
- Prepare work plans with the Partner-In-Charge, communicate plan to project team and verify progress.
What You Need for this Position - 10+ years of Architectural experience
- 2+ years of Project Management experience
- Experience working on Commercial projects
- BS or MS in Architecture
- Proficiency in Revit
