Our Analytics Team focuses on using data to generate insights and power fact-based decision-making across the business. As a Senior Analyst, you will be focused on Dynasty Rewards, DraftKings' loyalty program. Partnering with Operations, you will be responsible for forecasting and reporting on loyalty promotions. You will play a crucial role in understanding the efficacy of our loyalty program and its optimal role within our reinvestment portfolio. Sound good to you?
What you'll do as a Loyalty Analyst:

  • Create frameworks for measuring and evaluating the success of our Loyalty program.
  • Generate insights into customer behavior that improve our ability to reinvest in our player base.
  • Identify key reporting needs and build self-service tools for marketing and operations teams.
  • Develop test agendas and drive learnings that rapidly evolve our promotional strategies.
  • Work cross-functionally to project Dynasty Rewards costs across verticals and P/L lines.
What you'll bring:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of professional analytics experience, preferably at an e-commerce company; prior experience with loyalty programs is a plus.
  • Ability to take complicated problems and build simple frameworks.
  • Comfortable presenting complicated data views to cross-functional audiences and senior leadership.
  • Expertise in Excel, Tableau, and SQL is required; experience with SAS, Matlab, R, or other programming languages is a plus.
This position can sit in either the Boston office or remote; however, this work is to be performed entirely outside of Colorado.
