HotFoot Recruiters is in search of a Sr. Accountant for a prestigious construction company in Phoenix, AZ.

Position: Senior Accountant
Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Location: Phoenix, AZ

Job Responsibilities

• Summarize financial status by compiling and analyzing financial information, and preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports.
• Record financial transactions by compiling and analyzing account information, and preparing journal entries.
• Maintain and reconcile accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, and reconciling transactions, and resolving discrepancies.
• Analyze complex financial records and reports to identify trends and patterns, and make recommendations for improvement.
• Maintain the general ledger to ensure the accuracy of all accounting records.
• Perform account reconciliations to ensure that the balances in the general ledger agree with the balances in the subsidiary ledgers.
• Assist with audit preparations by gathering and organizing financial records, and responding to auditor inquiries.

Job Requirements

• Bilingual in Mandarin and English
• Must have US Tax experience
• 5 or so years of corporate accounting experience
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
