Senior Account Representative (Direct Hire, Hybrid) $25-hour Framingham MA

Schedule: 8:15 AM - 4:45 PM (Monday - Friday) Hybrid schedule 2x a week in office

Responsibilities:
* Provide customer support via telephone and secure message channels, addressing issues related to retail and electronic banking activities.
* Identify customer needs through inquiry and account review, promoting and cross-selling bank products.
* Offer assistance and training to branch personnel on electronic banking procedures.
* Maintain knowledge of retail banking policies and procedures.
* Obtain and analyze daily reports on customer and internal online banking activity, including service metrics, fraudulent activity, and unauthorized access.
* Conduct outgoing communication efforts for the bank through telephone, email, and/or regular mail.
* Collaborate with vendors and external service providers to uphold operational performance standards.

Qualifications:
* Proficient understanding of financial products and services, assessing customer needs, making recommendations, and fostering customer relationships to maximize sales opportunities.
* Effective interpersonal skills to promote products and services to customers.
* Ability to apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
* Compliance with BSA regulations.
* Offer a comprehensive range of customer services, including opening new accounts, explaining available bank products and services, and gathering customer information for online account processing.
